Tika is an eight year old Dutch girl. Tika and her sister are being homeschooled.
Tika has never been to school, and she has no desire to go to school either.
She loves being able to make her own decisions regarding what she learns and when.
Even though Dutch is Tika's mother-tongue, she has chosen to be educated in the English language.
Tika started formal learning when she was seven years old, when she was not only cognitively ready for it, but also emotionally.
